    Refund Policy

    14-Day Return Period

    You have 14 calendar days from the date
    you received your order to return eligible items
    To be eligible for a return,
    Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
    And in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.


    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer support team at support@khoi.strore
    to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

    2. Once you receive your RA number,
    securely package your item(s) in their original packaging
    including all accessories,
    and include a copy of the RA email
    with the RA number clearly marked.

    3. Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
    Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.

    4. Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting them.
    Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


    Note: Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s).

    My item arrived damaged /
    This isn't what I ordered

    Please send an e-mail to support@omocat.remake within 14 days of delivery
    and we will take care of it at no cost to you.

    Refund Amount

    Note:
    Once an order has been shipped and delivered
    to the designated parcel location or front door,
    it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it promptly
    We regret to inform that we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen items.


    Refunds for eligible returns will include the cost of the item(s)
    plus any applicable sales tax.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless
    the return is due to a mistake on our part.

    Change of Product

    It is essential to double-check your product during the checkout process.

    Customer has 2 hours after their order to change its content by contacting customer service
